What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a system that straightens your teeth. So, it is basically braces, right? Well, not exactly. While braces require metal wires and brackets, Invisalign uses clear, plastic aligners. These aligners are custom made just for you, based on 3D images taken of your anatomy; they fit like a glove and no one can see them. You move to the next aligner in the series about every two weeks, which moves your teeth a little further into the ideal position. For the majority of patients, treatment will last around one year.
